Allison Frazer

Allison Frazer provides legal counsel to the Oakdale Community Board on governance, compliance, contracts, and risk management matters. A partner at Frazer & Associates in Modesto, she specializes in public agency law and has represented community services districts throughout the Central Valley for over 18 years. Frazer earned her J.D. from McGeorge School of Law, University of the Pacific. She advises the board on Brown Act compliance, public records obligations, and conflict of interest regulations.
