Rachel Torres

Rachel Torres has served as Board Secretary for the Oakdale Community Board since 2023. She manages all official records, meeting minutes, public notices, and compliance documentation. Torres holds a B.A. in Communications from Stanislaus State and previously worked as an executive assistant at Stanislaus County government. She is responsible for ensuring all board proceedings comply with the Brown Act and that public records are readily accessible to community members.
