Sandra Morales

Sandra Morales has served as a Trustee on the Oakdale Community Board since 2022. She is the director of community outreach at Valley Health Partners, where she manages programs serving rural communities across the Central Valley. Morales earned her M.P.H. from San Jose State University. As a Trustee, she focuses on public health partnerships, bilingual services, and ensuring the board's programs are accessible to all Oakdale residents. She is a founding member of Oakdale Neighbors United.
